refund policy

We want you to feel confident when booking with us. Please note the following refund rules:

• Classes & Workshops

  • Full refund if cancelled up to 14 days before the start date.

  • No refund for cancellations within 14 days or for non-attendance.

• Retreats & Special Events

  • A deposit may be required and is non-refundable.

  • The balance will be refunded if cancellation is made up to 30 days before the event.

  • No refund for cancellations within 30 days.

• Cancellations by Us

  • If we cancel an event or service, you will receive a full refund of the amount already paid.

  • We are not liable for any additional costs (e.g. travel or accommodation).
