This year, Runa Inti and I will be hosting another ceremony in honour of our wonderful mountains.
Last year, we offered an ofrenda to our beloved Schneeberg.
Although we had planned to return to the same place this year, for many reasons — all of them the right ones — we will instead offer this ceremony at another very powerful site: the Sebastian Wasserfall at Sonnenleiten, near Puchberg am Schneeberg.
Offering ceremonies is a way to give thanks to the elements, to connect with nature, and to form a bond with our ancestors.
It reminds us that we are all part of this great creation — and that each of us has a part to play in it

Full Moon Ceremony
Shamanic Journey to Frithgarth
I’ll have the honour of performing a full moon ceremony and guiding you to your Frithgarth through SEIDR shamanism.
Frithgarth is Old Anglo-Saxon for “sanctuary”. It is where your soul resides — a safe space to communicate with your guides, spirits, and ancestors.
Here dwells the essence of your soul. It never changes, yet always evolves.
SEIDR is an ancient Norse and Germanic form of shamanism, rooted in deep trance work, song, and ancestral connection. It opens gateways to the unseen and allows us to travel between realms.
With the energy of the moon, we will invite her to shed her light upon your Frithgarth, so you may journey inward and discover the essence that is uniquely yours.

Ofendra Ceremony
to Taita Inti (Father Sun)
In the early morning, we will offer a ceremony to our Father Sun, guided by Runa Inti through Andean shamanism.
Ofrenda means “offering” in Spanish. Rooted in ancient Peruvian traditions, Runa Inti will guide us through this ofrenda intended for Taita Inti — Quechua for Father Sun. We will offer our blessings to Taita Inti through song and prayer.
Runa Inti’s work involves activating the energy of the mountains and helping us establish a deep connection to the elements and to nature itself. Through this connection, we become their guardians and open a channel to their guidance and wisdom.
Ofrendas are a way of creating reciprocity and opening a line of communication with these ancient forces of wisdom.

Tamalynne Grant
Tamalynne’s journey into shamanism began at sixteen, sparked by a book that awakened her longing to reconnect with ancient wisdom and the unseen realms.
With a foundation in yoga, voice, dance, and acting, she explored the link between movement, creativity, and healing, eventually choosing to shift her focus from Eastern practices to the ancestral traditions of her Eurasian lineage. Over the past five years, she has devoted herself to studying Celtic, Nordic, and Germanic shamanism, and has recently completed a year long SEIDR training — a Norse shamanic path centered on ancestral connection, trance, and ritual. She also studies Andean shamanism under Runa Inti and honours the craft of witchcraft as a tool for empowerment. Through movement, voice, and elemental connection, Tamalynne guides others to uncover their personal medicine, reclaim their power, and walk in deeper harmony with nature and spirit.

runa inti (regulo Yacha)
Regulo Yacha spent the first fourteen years of his life with his grandmother, surrounded by waterfalls, rivers, and the majestic mountains of Punchao, Peru.
His teachings began in childhood. His grandmother, one of his first teachers, passed down ancestral knowledge — teaching him how to work with animals and sharing her deep understanding of nature, plants, and the Andean mountains.
Her love, wisdom, and connection to the Earth inspired Regulo’s profound respect for his roots. From a young age, he learned the importance of connecting with his ancestors — the Incas of Peru. Channelling their wisdom and knowledge has become the foundation of his work.

The 1:1 healing sessions with our guest host Runa Inti are designed to energetically cleanse the mind, body, and soul.
Using shamanic techniques such as energetic extraction — a method used by shamanic healers to draw negative energy out of the body and energetic field (aura) — along with tools like the flute, Tibetan bowls, and voice (singing), Runa Inti aims to remove stagnant energies and release traumatic blockages stored in the body.
