About Me
My journey into shamanism began when I was sixteen years old. I stumbled upon a book called "Mending the Past and Healing the Future Through Soul Retrieval" by Alberto Villoldo. That book was the catalyst that set me on a path of spiritual exploration, awakening a deep desire to understand the unseen realms and reconnect with the wisdom of the ancient ways.
In 2020, I completed my initial Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and continued my studies over the next two years, delving into Kundalini, Chakra, Aerial, and Yin Yoga. I further enriched my practice through the "Elemental Yoga Experience" and the "Teacher's Meditation Training" with Carmen Jedinger. These experiences grounded me in the transformative power of movement, breath, and mindfulness.
Alongside my yoga training, I studied acting, singing, and dance from 2014 to 2017, exploring the intimate connection between expression, creativity, and healing. Through teaching yoga, I realised the profound importance of embracing one's ancestral roots. While many seekers turn to Eastern philosophy or South American shamanism for spiritual guidance, I felt called to explore the often overlooked spiritual traditions of Europe. I understood the profound dedication it takes to actually call oneself a "yoga teacher," and with respect, I wanted to focus my energy on my own ancestral roots and leave the title "yoga teacher" to those who truly dedicate their lives to the yogic philosophy. Over the past five years, I've devoted myself to studying Celtic, Nordic, and Germanic shamanism, honouring the wisdom of these lands while remaining open and inclusive to all who feel called to this path.
I am currently immersed in a two-year "SEIDR" course with Xiomara Crystal, which I began in October 2024. "SEIDR" is an ancient form of Norse shamanism that focuses on ancestral connection, divination, and healing through trance states and ritual work. This practice has further deepened my spiritual path and continues to enrich my work as a guide for others.
I also have the privilege of learning Andean Shamanism from a Peruvian medicine man, Runa Inti. His teachings have enriched my understanding of the interconnectedness between humanity and nature. Additionally, I practice witchcraft and strive to challenge the stigma often associated with it, believing that reclaiming this label can be an act of empowerment.
What inspires me to teach and practice is my belief that every individual carries their own medicine—the unique gifts and power they can offer to the world. There is a saying among shamans: “When was the last time you sang or danced?” I believe that many ailments stem from a disconnection within the soul.
Through movement, connecting with the voice, and working with the elements, we can reawaken the creative soul within, reclaim our power, reconnect with our essence, and establish a strong foundation. My goal is to help others uncover their true nature, discover their personal medicine, and embrace their connection to the divine.
Whether you seek to heal, grow, or explore the unseen, I invite you to embark on this journey with me. May we honour our roots, embrace our truth, and dance with the spirit of the universe.
