These General Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products offered by Tamalynne’s Sacred Studio via this website. By booking a class, retreat, workshop or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Services

We offer classes, workshops, retreats and related services in the areas of movement, yoga, meditation and wellbeing. Details, schedules and prices are published on this website or communicated directly.

Booking & Payment

​

• Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

• Payments can be made via the methods offered on the website.

• Prices include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations by Participants

​

• Cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail).

• If you cancel up to 14 days before the event, you will receive a full refund.

• If you cancel less than 14 days before the event, no refund will be given (unless sick or in case of an emergency).

• Missed classes or sessions cannot be refunded.

Cancellations by Us

​

If we cancel a class, workshop, retreat or service, you will receive a full refund of any fees already paid. We are not responsible for additional costs (e.g. travel, accommodation).

Liability

​

Participation in our classes, workshops and retreats is at your own responsibility. We are not liable for injuries, accidents or health issues arising during participation, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Please consult your doctor before starting any new physical activity.

Governing Law

These terms are subject to Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
