Imbolc marks a quiet yet powerful turning point in the year, a time to set new intentions and to gently nurture the seeds of what is yet to come. Traditionally associated with preparation, renewal, and the returning light, Imbolc invites us to tend to what is forming beneath the surface.
The name Imbolc is often translated from Irish Gaelic as “in the belly,” referring to this liminal phase of gestation, when life is not yet visible but already beginning to grow.
This package includes a PDF explaining the origins of Imbolc and how to celebrate it, alongside a 20 minute pre recorded meditation designed to support intention setting, reflection, and inner renewal. The content is available in both German and English.
